I have twice ordered the same size shoes from this seller and they have twice ce shipped the incorrect size. They offered me 50% discount for shoes that are too small for me avoid at all costs

Items never received. Seller confirmed that shippers have lost the package. They promised to reship items and asked me to close case with ebay which I did but until now no further response from seller. I am very disappointed and I intend to open case with paypal.
