  Falscher Artikel, Einschalter von 470 G1 statt 470 G5, Kommunikation wurde mit Standard Texten und dämlichen Formularen über das "Kompatibilitätsproblem" beantwortet die nicht im Bezug mit der Falschlieferung sind, sollte auf Eigene Kosten den falsch gelieferten Schalter zurück nach England zu Power4Laptops schicken obwohl die Lieferung von wellgoods24 UG Mittelweg 5, 37154 Northeim in Deutschland kam, ganz klar keine Empfehlung! Bei 55,-€ für das Teil erwarte ich hier eine Rückholung.

  Terrible experience with this seller. Item was faulty so did a returns request via eBay. Seller told me I had to fill out an external form and someone would get in touch, eBay’s returns doesn’t work like that so I refused. Seller then refused to issue a returns label and expected me to ship at my expense. Again eBay returns doesn’t work like that for faulty goods. EBay found in my favour and made them provide a returns label and issue refund. Avoid them like the plague. Clueless

  We asked the customer for a photo of the model number underneath his laptop, so we could see that the laptop model number was the same as the laptop model number in the eBay listing title. Customer refused, so we refused to pay for a return label and asked him to pay his own return postage costs. There is no reason why a customer with a genuine faulty item would refuse to provide this. Customer has been reported to eBay and his buyer account is being monitored. eBay paid for the label, we didn't

  This is hilarious. The seller never asked me to send a photo of the bottom of the laptop just sent me the same copy paste nonsense saying I had to fill in their returns form on their website to proceed with the return and I had to pay shipping. So you can add downright lying on top of selling over priced faulty items and not following ebay rules. My account isn't being monitored at all and even spoke to an ebay rep on the phone who also laughed at their incompentence!
