    Quick shipment. Seller stated in his description that he was going to ship the picture without the glass, because he was afraid it would break. I did not request it to be shipped with the glass. He did ship it with the glass, and it was broken, but I suspect it was broken when he put it in the mail, because the glass was completely taped. When I opened it, it made a big mess, and I could’ve cut myself. I think that he was deceptive, and should not have shipped the picture with a broken glass.
