    I had some initial issues with the dispatch that had nothing to do with the seller. He was let down by DPD. As soon as I highlighted the issue, the seller communicated with me and a new item was dispatched via Royal mail for a next day delivery. The lock was brand new and has already been installed. The seller is highly recommended.

    Item received was different to description, got a 1M usb to lightning instead, seller did not have stock for correct item purchased so refunded and told to keep item sent, very good customer service in communication and resolving my issue quickly, thank you.

    Belated feedback ahoy! Was supposed to be at home when this arrived, but wasn't as my holiday didn't happen, so this item went next door on the expected due date, the neighbours were then on holiday when I returned, and then I worked away again! So I recently picked this up, many thanks to the seller, they did their bit well, the item was securely packaged, arrived quickly, and was just as described in the listing, and was a good purchase! Very happy bunny here, and thanks again!
