Upon notifying the seller they did send the replacement gasket, at no charge. So that part was all OK. It just sent me back from getting my project finished about a week. Other than that the item seems to be as described, we’ll see if the quality is there overtime. excellent communication from the seller. Would recommend this seller.

Also, I ordered very near Christmas day and expected slow handling time due to the holiday but was surprised to receive the item just as quickly as normal. My first purchase of a battery of this kind. I was able to get my questions answered immediately. The battery came fully wrapped in plastic with corner protectors. Inside it's box. There was a slight issue but they had taken care of it by the days end. Unheard of. Thank you to the entire Caltric team for putting me first! And getting me down the road!

Someone actually put a hole in the box and stole them. My advise to the company is to not put the description of the items on the outside of the box. Greater chance of thief. I reached out to the company right off and they shipped new blades to me. So customer service is good, which is one of the most important things. I would order from them again. Shipped quickly.
