This is graded by Wata with a 8.5 box grade and an A seal grade. Honestly it should have been higher but here we are. This is an original release (not the rerelease). More graded Pokemon DVDs and VHS will be listed in the future.

The eighth installment in the POKEMON series has Ash Ketchem, Brock, Max, and May participating in a tournament to celebrate Prince Aaron.
