Great Mouse substitute, especially for computer drawing softwares.
I have been using this tablet for a number of years for CAD drawing in Sketchup, along with a 3d mouse from 3dconnexion. This setup allows for zipping through my 3d creations with ease. First I used a stationary mouse with a large ball, billiard ball size, from Kesington, but this mouse gave me severe wrist pain. With the tablet the wrist does not have to rotate. The touch function on my initial tablet was not working correctly, so I decided to get this used replacement. However, The touch on/touch off switch was finicky on the unit I bought, but the seller kindly refunded my money. Either with the touch function operational or not, this tablet is superior to any mouse for any application. Mainly because the screen area is represented on the tablet's operational area, so wherever you point with the digital pen the cursor will follow on the screen, without having to drag the cursor around like in a typical mouse. These are not expensive, try one and you will be convinced. I do not draw on my tablet, I only use it to move around on my 3d drawing software
