However, delivery time was far too long - 15 days to get from the UK to Ireland. This is not the seller's fault - I suspect eBay's "Global Shipping Programme" is broken or under-resourced. But any time I tried to complain or ask for an explanation of the delay, eBay's automated responses kept directing me back to the seller, which is unfair on them and on the buyer. Tracking was added to eBay. I would advise buyer to not buy from eBay members which use Evri if they have issues with the company, this would be more beneficial for both buyer and sellers.
