They claimed the address details were incorrect (untrue). Maybe the driver ran out of time, but why tell ‘porkies’?! The address label was perfect on the day of delivery, miraculous!

I was surprised that the 3 boxes all came individually boxed but I guess they must have a reason as to why they do that. They were well packaged. The description said that it was a 24hr service which it definitely wasn’t (probably better to not say 24hr) but I contacted seller. They promptly replied & said they would chase their warehouse. It was delivered the next day.

I have ordered two sets of 3 large Really Useful Boxes from them now, and will probably get more in future. A great price. Extremely good customer service. When one box arrived which DPD had clearly damaged during delivery, the seller was extremely quick to reply to my message and to resolve the situation, even though it was DPD who had caused the issue.

Seller communication was good and they continued to chase the courier to get delivered urgently. Parcel arrived with a sticker on it saying 'too big' guess it didn't fit in the Evri courier's mini!!
