I purchased the wrong lap top all my fault and they refunded me no questions asked and I got to get the one I needed. Great response time and the lap top was just as advertised couldn’t ask for a better experience purchasing and receiving the laptop.

I returned it the next day, paying expensive shipping from Switzerland to the USA. When the laptop arrived, it was sent to the seller’s workplace, but he wasn’t there. I informed him immediately, and he promised to pick it up from the post office—but he never did. Because of his negligence, the laptop was sent back to me.
