I had installed the software after placing my order, so it was plug and play. It is being used on an older Dell Latitude E7270 running Kubuntu 22.04 LTS. No issues so far using it on Gimp, Blender, Inkscape, Tinkercad and Libre Office Draw. The mouse button setup on the pen takes a minute to get used to but is very handy. I have not yet programmed the buttons on the tablet.

They’re reliably and user friendliness is unparalleled. The size small may be too limiting for digital art, but it’s plenty for regular computer use. The 2-year warranty is another reason I purchased Ebay refurbished.

Since it's refurbished, I'm not sure if the software usually bundled together with this tablet is still redeemable, but I haven't needed it either way. The tablet itself works like a charm, with one or two tiny scratches that are entirely cosmetic.

I spoke with customer service about an issue I had (needed to return it because I purchased the wrong one), customer service, specifically Christine Gail and Bell, was great, they were pretty quick with responses and genuinely wanted to help. They seem to really care for their customers.
