The seller wrote notes and instructions for all the parts and accessories. Included a copy of the original manual and printed off photo instructions for the camera and tripod. Warranty and support included, returns accepted, but everything arrived working perfectly. The items took a little longer to ship than I had expected, but when I contacted the seller they were quick to respond.
