Cheap price should have been an indicator. The quietest of heart beat can be barely heard despite much repositioning. By experimenting...the sensors metal tube rotates to give a loud tap or very quiet one when tapped with the finger, but neither makes any difference when using the stethoscope. Tried everything to no avail. Despite quick delivery, I havent bothered to even contact the seller.

After 21 days of waiting I emailed them and they said the units had just arrived in the country. Several days later it arrived with parts missing!!! But this seller got the unit to me in 2 days with everything included, very well packaged and much much cheaper. You will not get a better price. Please use this seller as the great sellers deserve our business.

Company very helpful and exchanged the strips though the pack was 25 instead of 100. They have also agreed to refund the price difference. Happy with company, service and communication. Just hope the refund arrives ok.
