A book arrived, but not the two books (and slipcase) advertised. ISBN issue? Initially I could not locate it as I expected an appropriately bulky package. Once notified, WoB customer service stepped up and I was asked to choose a book at a similar price point as compensation. This is why I use WoB so often - things do go wrong sometimes but they respond appropriately. Many many thanks.

Out of all the orders I’ve only had one book that got lost in the post. The seller was very helpful and sorted a replacement for me, replying quickly too (thanks again :) would definitely recommend them :D
