The delivery company let OnlineHome Shop down though by dumping the parcel on our doorstep and making no attempt to let us know it was there. Yodel's response on Trust Pilot was "it was left in your porch". We do not have a porch, the parcel was on full view to the road. The responder obviously did not even look at their own photo. Shame on you Yodel.

Baby accidentally bought everything in my basket and messaged seller to cancel straight away as I knew it was the wrong one but just forgot to delete it out my basket. The seller ignored my message. I then done the cancellation request and seller quickly declined it and changed item status to posted with no tracking information. I understand I committed to buy but to just ignore me I found quite rude. Buyers just beware of this seller!

Communication was good when it was letting you know when it is on its way which I find very helpful. When it arrived I opened the packaging,the bedding is super soft and can't wait to use it when the weather finally does turn colder and I am warmer in bed with out needing to put the heating on over night. Thank you once again I will definitely be buying from here again and highly recommended.
