There was an issue with very delayed delivery (over 3 weeks and didn’t arrive in time for Christmas) but this was due to an issue with the carrier. However, the seller was extremely helpful, with brilliant communication, and went beyond what was expected in order to resolve the issue. The books always arrive undamaged and in pristine condition. They do not waterproof their packaging so make sure you are home or have somewhere out of the weather for the package to be left.
